This is probably the most unexpected and powerful way to obtain an image of relationships and interactions between people, to understand roles and become aware of own and others' acting patterns. To develop understanding of the needs of other people as the team moves towards a common goal, to be able to meet other people's expectations and even more difficult, own expectations of oneself. To be able to become aware of decision-making process and dynamics in a working relationship, of one's own and others' need for one's own space and expression. To gain understanding and feeling for the management process and reflect on factors for successful leadership. To realize the basics of successful communication, negotiation and dialogue with practical and entertaining means. To test alternative and unexpected tools for self-esteem and reflect on communication processes in different environments. Workshop can be conducted in one set of 3 hours with a break, or split in 3 sessions á 1 hour each.
