Project work is our religion. It brings the best and the honest out of people, shows their capacities and competences, creates connections and synergies, teaches to plan, evaluate, collaborate, negotiate, persist and balance. It gives references, knowledge, skills and new horizons in life. 

Over 10 years of culture, social and educational projects have contributed to a versatile toolbox of work with various target groups: from newly established immigrants to non-profit organisations and public sector. A separate path is work with CSR and cross-sectoral collaboration where we aim to long term sustainable social changes.
